2nd Annual - Introduction to Dressage Show

This show is ideal for anyone who is new to the discipline of dressage or has always wondered what it would be like to ride in a dressage show but never had the nerve. It will be a fun, stress-free day where you can introduce yourself and your horse to this wonderful sport.

Held on Saturday October 4th, 2014 starting at 9 a.m. (Closing date for entries Friday September 26th, 2014) at Kidd Farm, 5900 Stephens Road, Huntersville, NC 28078 and kindly judged by Danielle Akin Sintoni.

Classes offered:

Walk Only (open to English or Western Riders)

Intro A, B, C
Western Intro Level Test 1
Open Class (you choose the test you’d like to ride)

Entry fee: $20 per class

• Six ribbons per class (classes may be split if numbers allow) 
• Prize for 1st place 
• High-point Jr. and Sr. awards 
• Coats and braids optional, boots and breeches required 
• ASTM approved helmets required when mounted 
• Dogs must be on a leash at all times 
• Children must be supervised at all times

School horses can be used by prior arrangement with either MeLanie or Carol. Horses/ponies may enter any class more than once with different riders.
