About White Rose Equestrian Center

White Rose Equestrian Center believes in Harmony Between Horse And Rider

White Rose Equestrian is a family-run full-service equestrian center based in the Iron Station/Lake Norman area near Charlotte, NC.  We believe riders should develop an independent, balanced seat and understand their role in the partnership of horse and rider. We offer English riding lessons, stable management classes, summer camps, pony parties, and home-school classes both at our barn and will also travel to your barn.

We offer:

  • Quality, proven methods that develop a naturally balanced seat and promote a sympathetic respect for horses and ponies
  • A friendly, family atmosphere that also welcomes non-riders
  • A place open to all equestrian discipline that has something for everyone from kids to adults; beginners to experienced riders; parents, family, and friends

  • To instill a love and admiration for equines that fosters mutual respect and compassion
  • To create a sanctuary and escape from everyday life
  • To promote the love of the outdoors, the benefits of healthy activities, and a respect for nature

Lessons with Carol are great. I learned so much more in the four short months I trained with Carol than I had with several other people who had coached me. I can't wait to ride with her again. - B. Gibson, IDA Team Captain.
